hi! so, in this part, Alice and her family are invited to a ball where she meets a man, i.e. a high-status prince, i.e. Lord Avral. but earlier she met his twin brother, Kai.
if closer to the point, then the Lord and Alice did not get along. the Lord said that Alice was his property, and the girl was stubborn and out of indignation, rude to the Lord several times, which is inappropriate.

Alice's spell book is very rough and impatient. and if you think about it, even Alice realized that this is her own incarnation. the book sometimes gets on her nerves, sometimes mocking her by saying obvious things. however, he never refuses to help her.
also, the elder witches say that in order to release the full power of the witch, she must be chosen by the highest demon to perform the ritual.
then Alice meets Zane.

from his stories, Alice learns that Avral's father's wife was also promised to her husband, she behaves like a loving wife, she looks like a happy mother and loving wife, although she actually suffers inside.
by that time, the witches are preparing in full to meet their betrothed, who will be with them all their lives. give them love and care, support and understanding.
on this day, all the witches stood in a row, and each of them was gently taken by the hand. the time comes for Alice. only for some reason she herself went to the room, but while she was walking, she met Avral.
there was another quarrel between them, where Avral dictated his rights to Alice, and the same indignant Alice set conditions.

So this is the last day of my challenge. I didn't think that I would finish so quickly hehe.<3 I liked the book, the characters, the situations, the places where the main character was, especially the Lower World, which was described as a magical and flourishing place.
I have the second part of this book too, but that's for another time hahaha.
