Before placing the order I read the conditions carefully and the item is in stock. Your website says that item in stock delivered in 48 hours.<br><br>6 day passed, and nothin arrived. However I noticed that payment had been taken from my credit card. I phoned your customer service line, and the person that I spoke to Joe, was unhelpful. He said that the item was not in stock, and that she didn't know when they would arrive. She could not explain why the money that had been taken from my card.<br><br>This is first time that I bought from you. But my friends have bought from you over many years. And they have always a good service. I phoned your customer service line, and the person that I spoke to, Jackson, was not quite helpful really. He said tat the item was not in stock, and that he didn't know when it would arrive. He could not explain why the money had been taken from my card.<br><br>I have bought a lot of things from your online store by now, and I have always had good service. That's why I think that this as just a littlem accident, what happenned is. The description said that it had not been used before and it also said that it would have all the equipment in the box with it. The camera you sent me is not the model I ordered. Also it has been used before. There are scratches on the lens. Another problem is that in the description it said that I would get 2 batteries which were included in the equipment. However I could not find them in the box. This was the first time I bought something from your website. A week passed and nothing arrived. However I noticed that payment had been taken from my credit card. I phoned your customer service line, and the person that I spoke to, Lisa was impolite and unhelpful. She said that the item was not in stock, and that she didn't know when it would arrive. She could not explain why the money had been taken from my card. 

I have bought many things from you over the years and I have always good service. I can only imagine that this is a departure from your usual high standarts, and I am sure you will be able to resolve the situation in a satisfactory way.

The reason I am writing this complaint letter is that I think the service at your business is not sufficient enough.
 First of all I saw your restaurant on an web page and came there to see the menu you have written. I saw that it was definitely not like as it was on the web page. When I entered the restaurant I was still shocked. Your staff doesn’t care about your customers. Secondly the menu you have is not like what you have explained and even one of the items is not available and forthermore the hygien standards are hazardous for human health.
