Source B is useful in telling us that Hitler’s rule benefited Germany at the expense of the Germans as he suppressed much of their freedom. Source B states that “In these three years I have restored honour and freedom to the German people!” While also showing all the privileges that Hitler had taken away from the German and him standing on top of them. This implies that Hitler had sacrificed many of rights of Germans in order to “restore honour and freedom” so as to benefit German people.

This source is useful in telling us that Hitler's rule did not benefit Germany. Source B shows Hitler standing on top of many people that represents the groups being suppressed by his policies and actions, such as "Religious Freedom suppressed", "Freedom of press suppressed." This suggests that Hitler stepped over many people in his rule. To achieve his own goals and aspirations for Germany when he was ruling, Hitler removed the freedom of many people, not allowing them to practice their religion, not allowing people to do as they wanted and causing them to feel trapped and upset. In addition, people were not allowed to speak and write what they wanted about Hitler's policies, meaning they lost the freedom to express themselves and led to a decline in their quality of life. As the people felt oppressed, they were suffering under Hitler's rule and thus, the people did not benefit from Hitler's rule.

I think source B is useful in telling us that Hitler's rule did not benefit Germany. Source A shows Hitler and many of the key leaders in the Nazi party standing on a stage while Hitler gives a speech. Below the stage are six people tied and bound. They represent various institutional freedoms, such as religious freedom an women's independence, that Hitler has suppressed during his reign. This implies that the people have suffered for Hitler's rule as they have lost basic rights due to his regime, and therefore have not benefitted from his rule.

Source B shows Hitler standing on top talking to the people of germany with other important people, while below him are social policies such as religious freedom and academic freedom that are silenced.

Souce B depicts Hitler giving a speech on a platform above organisations and rights like Religious Freedom,Academic Freedom, Labour Unions,Fraternal Organisations, Opposition parties,Womens Independence, Freedom of Press and Judicial Integrity being suppressed and buried under the platform. This tells me that Hitler only gained power by burying and hiding these organisations that may go against him. This means that the rights and freedom of people were supressed and people did not have a platform to speak out their ideas, thus people did not benefit from Hitler's rule as their freedom of speech and opinion would not be supported by organisations that would advocate for them , and this ultimately causes unhappines amongst those who were silenced. Thus source B is useful in telling us that Hitler's rule did not benefit Germany.

Source B is not as useful as during my cross referencing, it is challenged by source C. Source C contradicts Source B by stating that Germans benefitted under Hitler's rule, "tremendous indeed are the achievements of the new Reich in the economy alone... bring millions back into work" This suggests that Hitler's rule allowed people to be able to get back on their feet financially because of the jobs provided. This means that the people gained economically and could afford to support themselves and their families, naturally leading to a rise in standard of living. Thus, since source C contradicts Source B, Source B has become unreliable and therefore, less useful.

when cross referenced to source C, the source becomes less useful. from the source, it states that 'How tremendous indeed are the achievements... to bring about recovery, to bring millions back into work and restore German pride and honour.' This implies that Hitlers' rule has caused the economy to be restored. Hence, Hitlers' rule has benefitted Germany. Which then, contradicts source B hence source b is unreliable therefore, not useful.

this source is ultimately not useful as it is not reliable. Source b only shows the negative impacts of Hitlers rule. it was trying to manipulate the Germans into thinking that Hitler has done more bad than good for their nation. This is so that Hitler was casted in the negative light and there would be lesser support for him.

Source C states that "within the shortest space of time, to bring about recovery, to bring millions back into work and restore German pride and honour." This implies that Hitler's rule had provided more jobs for Germans and restored their economic status in a short period of time, benefitting the Germans. As source C contradicts source B, source B is therefore unreliable and not so useful.

When I cross reference to source C, it is seen that it supports what what source B illustrates. Source C shows that Hitler’s rule had benefitted the Germans economically as seen in , “How tremendous indeed are the achievements of the new Reich in the economy alone!” . This shows that Hitler had really helped to turn the dire state around by himself as the picture also shows how peace and independence has been restored.

Source B is a cartoon from America which was trying to convince Americans of Hitler’s evil deeds that he committed to benefit Germany so as to lower people’s trust of him.

Source B is ultimately useful as source B is published by an American magazine, meaning the source is more objective. Source B was published to educate the people around the world about Hitler's rule to create awareness of what was happening in Germany so that the people around the world, especially the world leaders, could help to pressure Germany to stop Hitler from continuing his rule. As such, since Source B is written from an objective point of view, source B is ultimately useful in telling me whether Germany benefitted under Hitler's rule.

Source C states that "How tremendous indeed are the achievements of the new Reich in the economy alone!" and " bring millions back into work and restore German pride and honour.

This source is ultimately not useful because it does not reflect all of Hitler's contributions to Germany. Despite suppressing the rights of groups of people, Hitler still did help to boost German economy and improve the lives of Germans which is not mentioned by Source B. As the source was written in 1936 by an American cartoonist ,source B's purpose is to manipulate the people of America into thinking that Hitler is unfair and should step down as Germany's leader so as to give back the freedom of right and speech to those who are discriminated and ousted in Germany. Therefore, Source B is reliable and therefore not useful in telling us whether Hitler's rule benefitted Germany.
