~Teacher Isolation is a reality. ~Ineffectiveness is tiring.

Isolation is unique to the teaching profession and, by implication, to the hole educational system.

What’s the difference between an Effective teacher and an Ineffective teacher?

Ineffective teachers: look over the resources, move them aside and rely on busywork as an excuse for learning.
Effective teachers: are problem solvers. “I teach myself how to think,” they tell themselves. “I analyzed, synthesized, and create materials to help students learn.”
