         <description><![CDATA[<p>I think our team culture type goal is to be <strong>cohesive-flat</strong>. We definitely started off slow to make decisions as we sought to build trust and get comfortable with the group. I think we are working towards that, but not there yet. We've also shown traits of <strong>individualistic-hierarchical </strong>like "troops" working in silos following the "leaders" order (whomever takes the reigns that week or for that particular assignment)</p><p><br></p>]]></description>
