I wake up at 6am, but I get up at 6:30am, then I brush my teeth and go downstairs to walk my dog. At 7am we have breakfast and go to bed again to relax. At 8:30 my dog leaves to school and I go to the gym.
At 12;30 I have lunch and then I'm ready to start working!
