I am a socialist and a capitalist. I am a socialist because I agree about having free health care. I also am a socialist because I think kids my age should not have guns and other sorts of weapons. I am a Socalist because we are the main contributor to the cancer research society. I am a capitalist because I believe that everyone should be taxed the same. Another reason I connect with being a capitalist because I think that the format of the election is a little bit better than ours. Why we are Silent

We are silent, for in the years past soliders from Canada and all around the world fought for us. For example the First World War was very gruesome. World War I started when Archduke Franz Ferdinand of Austria was assassinated on June 28, 1914. This was the immediate cause but there was more events which triggered the war. This war lasted four years from 28th of July 1914 and lasted until November 11, 1918. Over 16 million people died (worldwide) in World War I, including about 10 million military personnel and about 7 million civilians. In World War II, it was even more gruesome, a country named Germany started it when they rose to power. Over 60 million people were killed during World War II, which was over 3% of the world's population at the time. 22 to 25 million of these people were soldiers, including 5 million who died in captivity as prisoners of war, this war began on September 1, 1939 and ended on May 7, 1945.

In World War 1 my great great uncle Mike Hinks served in the army. He was a solider; he was married to my great great aunt Ellen. When he went to war, he was gone for fifteen years. He got shot in the leg and he never walked the same again. He was in the Newfoundland Regiment and was posted in Britain. My great great uncle Dan Gale also served in World War I under the Newfoundland Regiment. He was in the navy and was never wounded. My uncle great, great uncle Neil Gale served in the Newfoundland Regiment inboth world wars. He entered World War I as a fifteen year old and entered World War II when he was forty years old. And last but not least my great grandfather Stanley Ryan he served in the Navy doing maintenance on ships in St. John's harbor.

I am very proud of my relatives for fighting in the wars. I am grateful to all of the soldiers who gave up their life to make mine better.

Today me and my friend's had to fight in Rome for the certain piece of land. My soldiers wiped their butts. My animals name is mangalo. This animal lives in the water, but has legs to walk on land to get food. This animal is part reptile with a tale like a salamander, part fish with scaly skin. It has a long neck like a giraffe and wings like a bird. It can only live 70 minutes outside of the water. It loves eating mangos. This animal is found in the tropical waters of the Caribbean. It has predators including sharks, dolphins and whales. The mangalo’s pray are turtles, small fish and faced with no food, it can eat sand. When faced with danger it uses its tale to wack the predator. At night it sleeps near the shoreline. If you come in contact with a mangalo, it is very friendly. You should only feed this mangalo’s it’s favorite treat, mangos.

I chose the big city. The reason I chose the big city is because if you were looking for a job it will be much easier to find a job because there is so many in a big area. There are many jobs in office buildings, fast food restaurants and malls. You can work for a sports team by working in the arena, at games, or helping sell the tickets. Another reason I chose the big city is because there is lots of people there. It’s a lot easier to make friends if your kid and there’s more places to go. Some fun places to go in Toronto are CN Tower, Ripley’s aquarium, science Centre, ROM Museum, and many more. Also if you’re in A big city you can try out for any type of major sports teams like Toronto Raptors, Toronto Blue Jays and Toronto Maple Leafs. The reason I didn’t choose the small town is because jobs are harder to get when kids get older. Also, there is less people, which mean less money for taxes that go to the city. The reason I didn’t choose the country side is because I do not like open land and you would have to go to the city to get food and toys for kids. In my opinion big cities are better because there are more people and opportunities.

Hi I’m Mark. I am about to tell you a story called the ring story. Today was just like any other day; I would finish school and take the bus home. Once I get home I usually grab a thing or two to eat, then I would head out to do my papers. Today is Monday. Now, I usually take the route around the city but today I felt like it was a good day to go through the city. I have not told you that it is winter and that it is freezing. I was doing my papers but today for some reason I looked down and saw a shiny gold ring. I picked it up and it was amazing. It had looked like it had just been polished a day or two ago. After I was finished being amazed, I thought to myself why would someone throw this away, it is so beautiful. But then I saw that it had engravings in it. I asked everyone on the street what there initials were but no one’s initials matched with the rings, so I kept it. Wait before you get mad at me it wasn’t my fault. I was a 15 year old looking for some money to buy a phone, so once I was finished my papers I headed home. As soon as I got home I thought about what I should do with the ring. After a long decision I decided to put it on kijji thinking it is a smart thing to do. I was proud of myself but then I started to think wait what if no one buys it then I can’t get my phone. Then I got a message from the person who had the exact same engravings as in the ring, so I invited her to come over for lunch and tea also to pick up the ring, of course. “I hope she is nice” I said out loud. She came a day later. She told me the story of how she got the ring. She said “in 1967 I met a man named David and he got me the ring from London, England for our wedding”. She also told me that her name is Darcy. As a token with her appreciation, she offered me the money that I was looking for to buy my phone. I was so excited, I jumped up and said “Yippee”. The next day, I went to the apple store to get my phone with the money I got from Darcy. I was so excited. I picked out the best phone for the money I had and got in line. “The line is so long” I said, after waiting in line for two hours I was finally at the cash register. As soon as I got to the front counter they closed the store. I got so frustrated my parents had to calm me down once I got home. Dear journal today is July 21st 1922 for two years it has been party don't stop I love it I am always drunk I can't stop partying I feel like the years of happiness and fun times will never end. One of the best parts is the beer it’s always on the road it's the best, my wife is a bootlegger so we are rich the children sometimes get into the wine and beer but sometimes you just have to say what the heck. Maze RunnerMinho’s reactions were annoyed that he is so full of himself. He was also frustrated now they are going to have to lose more people from the glade which means less help. Also he is confused because this newbie has been here not even a week and yet he came in the maze probably to help us but he does not know anything about the things that happen in here. To me this reaction is not surprising because if I thought I was going die I would not someone else trying save me and then end up just to die too especially now that the bin isn’t going up or down they need all the help they can get.What had happened to Alby was that when he and Minho went out for their morning sweep of the maze Alby got stung by a griever. Minho was so sure that this situation that they were in was going to end with their deaths because the one person from the three of them who might be able to survive this night is knocked out cold. Thomas thought of this situation as a chance to prove himself he can be a runner.Minho decided to try to run into the maze and to take his chances of making it out alive and by doing that he just had to trust his gut and avoid anything that looked like it could harm him. The serum is antidote, to cure the changing the reason this is helpful is because there are lots of Gladers who are battling the disease need it to cure themselves but There are only two syringes, so they used one on Alby. 2.
