The juul company tried to make an adult orientated e cigarette in order to make people stop smoking cigarettes The company knew that teenagers had a big chance in order to start using their products so when they advertised it they didn't use anything that they thought would appeal to a teenager. Now that juul is a very big company and they see that a lot of teenagers are using it they are trying to make something to stop the teenagers from using these vapes.

This being said after they find this they talk to adults who are curious, and instead of having adults do all this research it is teens researching on other teens and talking to adults explaining why it is what they do.

Another thing they claim is that a company will only do good with a lot of likes and if it takes more than one or two steps to share this post no one will end up doing it making their advertisement worthless in the sense that no one will see it.

Huff post research shows that generation z is a lot less focused but we are better multi tasks and we can switch between work and play a lot faster than millennial. They also think that we will think more globally on our actions and what we do compared to millennial now. a lot of teens now compared to before start at a younger age with their business ventures and at a much higher percentage too, the expectations for generation z compared to millennial is a lot higher because of us having the want to start earlier.

Research shows that generation z is using a lot more money and a lot quicker than any other generation. they estimate that by 2020 we will have used between 29 to 143 billion dollars, a lot of this is for personal look or name brand. in any other generation they did not care about how they were perceived by the public but now they care more than ever, this generation will pay more for something if that is how they think they want to be portrayed. This generation cares more about succeeding compared to previous generations.

They talk about how we need to make a collaboration room so gen z can talk about their ideas and alter them for the better. It also says that gen Z will forget the information that they have learned if they don't use it frequently and tat is something I agree with but I don't think it is only generation z I think that is everyone in general.
