         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think the dumbest law is from Alabama: "Boogers may not be flicked into the wind." I think this is dumb because there is no real way to enforce it and flicking boogers into the wind doesn't really hurt anybody. The intent of the law is to keep people from flicking their boogers into the wind. </div><div><br></div><div> </div>]]></description>
