Measurable: I can measure my goals through my progress report form. I can evaluate my work and grade what I need to do. In this way, I can manage to see my progress in my PRF, so I can reach my goal easily.

Attainable: I think this goal is very attainable if I stay responsible disciplined and competent in the quality of work that I submit. I will manage my time properly and be responsible to pass them on time before the deadline. I will be disciplined to take notes and listen to my teacher through her lectures in class.  Lastly, I will be competent and work with my groupmates to show the best effort and quality that I submit in class.

Relevant: I have found this goal very important to me as a student because I want to have high grades and have a badge. I also want to make my parents happy because of this achievement. Lastly, I want to have a good grade so when I get to senior high school it will reflect my efforts.

Time-bound: I think this goal is achievable in a term. One term is about 3-4 months and that is my given time frame. I have also calculated my grade and most likely I think a final class standing of A. I am really proud of this because I have realized that I have proven myself and it shows all of the efforts I have given for this term. I just need to keep this up and consistent until the end of the school year.

Measurable: I can probably say mission accomplished! I think I have already achieved my goal! and I am very proud of it as I was able to use the PRF to track my progress and to keep up with my assessments. To be specific every time my teacher gives our scores I would always update my PRF to keep on track of my grades and check if I have something to be worried about. Because of this, I have now realized the importance of my PRF. I am now more determined to strive for excellence.

Attainable: I think my goal will be achieved, depending on the grades I will get on my e-portfolio and Cerebry. The first few weeks were not good for me because my first photo output was only a passing score. I realized that if I really wanted an A I need to do more and be better in my works. I committed to myself to be more focused and diligent in my tasks and after a few weeks, my efforts have shown. I have received good grades! Now I just need to be consistent. Nearing the end of the term I find myself satisfied, contented, and happy with what I have shown in my first term math.

Relevant: I have found that my goal is already accomplished. It had shown me that I need to be magis and strive for excellence. This goal has been always relevant to me because it is my inspiration to do good in school. It guides my progress to be a better student every day. Also with the help of God, I offer everything I do for His greater glory and will.

Time-bound: I think that this goal has already been accomplished. With this, my strive for excellence is not only limited to my school works. I also need to be magis here in our household by helping my cousins with their homework or assignments.  I also realized that I need to be a role model to others so they will be inspired because of me and become better in life. I think everything was all worth it in the end and it is shown in my grades!

The lessons are pretty easy and understandable for everyone, but the hard part was cooperating with them on what to do. First of all is the distribution of tasks. This one mostly takes our time to assign too. Sometimes some of my groupmates will have a misconception. Second is the making of the scripts of each one of us in order to recite in the video recording. Lastly, is time management. Some of us need to postpone our task because we have other tasks to do in other subjects. We also have a hard time recording the meet together because of technical difficulties. I thought you will only multiply it directly to each terms just like
(2y+4x)(2y+4x) = 2y x 2y = 4y^2 
and 4x x 4x = 16x^2, which will become 
4y^2 + 16x^2 , but this is all wrong. As the leader I was always the one who will schedule meetings. I was also the one to share the docs or slide that me and my classmates need to answer especially in our latest performance task we got a perfect score! I am the one who always cooperates with my groupmates and share the workload to each and everyone fairly and properly. I think this was a good experience for me fulfilling my role as a leader, and I think I did it pretty well.
