Anyway just to say that I'm looking forward to deepening my knowledge. I have been working with Erie County RJ Coaltion (Andrew Prinzing, Dina Thompson) to develop some training here as well. I'm interested in learning more about system change and RJ in P-12 and HE. I am teaching students about RJ at the undergraduate and graduate level. In my work with school districts, I have learned that one skill they are desperate for in mew teachers in the ability to teach children who have experienced or are experiencing trauma.
