Why have I picked this GC: The global context that I have picked for this is ‘personal and cultural expression’ because I believe that I want to tell a story that will move people. I also want to express numerous pieces of information through my stories. An example would be people getting to know what it's like in Mumbai after they read my book that will be set in Mumbai. This way, I am able to entertain my audience while shedding light on many key problems or different perspectives. I would also be able to show the reader different cultures that they may not be familiar with. There are many cuisines in India that are not given much importance and my goal is to change that through a cookbook. I will be creating a vegetarian e-cookbook from scratch in which I will include one traditional recipe from each state in India. Researching and writing down recipes didn't seem like a challenging task for me, hence I will be adding a modern twist to the recipes. However, I want the taste to remain authentic. After creating my cookbook, I will be digitally marketing it to spread awareness about my e-cookbook.

This cookbook will be expressing my creativity and knowledge in the cooking/baking field as I will be having a modern twist on the traditional recipes which will make them more exciting. This will also showcase my artistry as the cookbook and everything it contains will be created from scratch. This is extremely connected to the global context as I am showcasing India's culture through my product and adding my own element to every dish which makes it personal.
