Day 1
Morning :
At 9.00 A.M, I need to report duty at the receptionist. I reported myself as a Public Relation (PR) in Karangkraf Company. After 30 minutes waiting for my supervisor, Puan Kesumawati had took me to the office and introduced me to the other staffs of PR. We have 4 team members including Puan Kesumawati which is 2 permanent staffs and 2 intern students. They are very kind and friendly staffs. Other that, my supervisor also give some explanation about job scope for PR.
Evening :
After lunch, we had an event which is Wacana SInar. As a PR we need to greet the very important people (VIP). The VIP is the panel for the forum. Other that, we also need to sit at registration and waiting for the outsider and also the media. The forum end at 5 p.m and the working hours was ended at 6 p.m.
As a conclusion, for my first day at Karangkraf, I had learned to handle and greeting The VIP which is more formal compared with others.

Day 2
Morning :
In Karangkraf, the office hours was started at 8.30 A.M. The first thing that I need to do is check the outlook. Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager which is all the emails from client was located in Microsoft Outlook. I need to delete all the spam email and checked all the new email. After checking the new email, I need to inform to the other staff if there is important mail from our client such as application letter to make a tour in our company. After that, I also need to print the letter and check all the important information that were required. If there is some information needed, I need to inform my supervisor and she will ask the other staff to call the institution to ask for the information.
Evening :
During Lunch, PR team needed to go to the Prime Minister's Office in Putrajaya. This is because we need to give Maskulin Magazine to the Prime Minister's.
As a conclusion, for my second day, I had learned to process all the application letter.

Day 3
Morning :
Usually every Friday was a free time for PR team. This is because every Friday they need to make a schedule for the next week. Other that, I also need to settle all the application letter for the next visit to Karangkraf. other that, I also do the invoice for all the food that had provided to the visitors. Karangkraf Sdn Bhd provided the foods and drinks to the visitors.
As a conclusion, I had learned to write an invoice in a proper way. I also need to ask sign from higher officer.

Day 4
Today, my team and I need to make a review for all extreme games at Sunway Lagoon Malaysia. It was a great opportunity for me to try all the games for free. It was one of their market strategy to promote their games. The games that I had tried were Bungee Jump, G-force X, Scuba Diving, Vuvuzela, The Lost City of Gold, and Toma Hawk. It was a memorable experience ever. We need to review based on their security and also the services. The review took the whole day and it was the best experience ever.

Day 5
Today, we have a forum which is Wacana Sinar and the issue is about "Malaysia Baharu: Di Mana Melayu?". As a public relation (PR) we need to sit at the registration place. This is because all the outsiders and medias that came to see the forum need to register their name. This is because, the Karangkraf want to see the statistic of their views. It was really important because the more viewers they get, the more they are getting known. Other that, as a PR we need to greet VIP and take them to the dinning room which is reserved for VIP.
I had learned how to communicate with VIP in the proper and formal way.

Day 6
The time fly really fast and today is my sixth day at Karangkraf. My relationship with other staff were getting closer. Today we have a visit from new officer of Bank Rakyat. It was may first day experience to handle a visit. The visitors are from a corporate people so, they way we guide and explain was different. I had learn to speak and explain to the corporate people which is we need to speak politely and in a formal way. The way we need to dress up also a bit formal. As a PR in Karangkraf, we need to take the visitors walk around our printing place which is The Ultimate Print. It was a new experience for me and I gain a lot of knowledge.

Day 7
Today, we have a visit from some successful entrepreneur. It was a big opportunity for me to hear about their experience and their tips to be a successful entrepreneur. They were come from a variety business. They had given an opportunity to listen a talk from our Chair Man Dato' Hissamuddin Yaakub about his experience handling the business. Dato' is very humble person and he likes to share his experience to others.
As a conclusion I had get some new knowledge about to be a great entrepreneurship.

Day 8
It was my last two days before finished my SIEP 2 at Karangkraf. I feel so sad because the staff are so friendly and kindhearted. As usual, during Friday, we need to settle down all the application letter for our next visitors. Today, I'm going to help Apat one of internship student from Unisel to settle down all the letters and emails. After checking all the emails and letters he was going to call the visitors for next week to make a confirmation. I had learned how to speak and deal will customers in a phone call. It was a new knowledge for me.
The intonation was very important during communicate with the customers.

Day 9
Today we have a visitor from a secondary school in Kelantan. They were coming to the Karangkraf to make a visit and also to gain a new knowledge about our products. It a little bit different from corporate visitor which is the way we briefing is a bit casual. This is because the way of thinking and understanding were different than corporate people. We took them visit our printing factory to give a little exposed about product of Karangkraf.

Day 10
Today is my last day in Karangkraf. I feel so sad because I gain many new experience and knowledge in here. Other that, my relationship between the staff are getting close.
For today we had a visit from private institution from Port Dickson Negeri Sembilan. They are from Mas-com course and they want to know more about how to be a good reporter and editor. Therefore, they were listening a little bit talk from our editors and photographers at Sinar Harian. At Karangkraf, we are giving a treat based on the type of our visitors. That's why every week we have a visitors at Karangkraf. It was a good idea to take care of good relationship with the communities.
