As discussed, encouraging RSVP based events so we are aware of attendees prior to the event. Asking for dietary preferences will also help us narrow down specific items. Asking executives to bring their personal decor if they are comfortable, or borrowing / renting. If it’s being bought, making sure that decor is stored so it can be used at other events.
