The aim of these proposal is to look for the necessities of the customers in order for Coppel to make convenants with other companies, so if customers have a purchase of more than a certain amount of money, or
collect a certain amount of points after a few purchases, Coppel could give a coupon code that the consumer could use in other companies that would make the customers to keep purchasing in Coppel.
After analizing the tendencies of the customers, the other markets tha Coppel´s cutomers buy from are: transportation, fast food chains, and analyisis of laboratories or cliniques. Considering that having convenants with businesses from those markets, would appear attractive to the cutomers. For example: Many of the customers of Coppel are from rural areas and live in big cities leaving their families behind. Coppel could look for an alliance with ADO.

Idea 2. Proposal about making loans with lower interest rates for their clients with many debts.

The idea of this proposal is to offer bank loans to clients who have a greater number of debts thanks to the economic problems faced by the pandemic. That is why at the time of processing this credit they give you the option of paying it when they can or have the money to pay it and with the amount they want to give with a fixed interest rate that is not very high for their pocket. Most of Coppel's clients are people who do not have many resources or very low capital income and cannot afford to spend a lot of money. So this credit would help them solve some of their debts so that it is not more difficult for them to pay it.

We decided for idea 1 and 7 for the following reasons:
We think about the firs idea by analyzing the consumer needs, people with limited resources who need to cover different needs without much budget, this idea will be attractive to this customers since they will be satisfying two needs at the same time
For the second (7) we think these adaptations are a game changer because they will increase engagement and ease to buy stuff, also to reach other fields Coppel doesn't play a huge role in, this case is e-commerce.

By having every month sales and promotion discounts in the many categories that coppel has.
Having a good looking website (idea 7).
By having good customer service, customer. will start doing marketing to the store by doing the worth of mouth refferrals.
Playing with the consumers phsycology.

Right now Coppel's website have easy to manage interface, nevertheless could use different strategies in order for the cutomers to feel more attracted to buy or even to buy more stuff online. A way of doing these would be to implement "frequently bought togetther" strategy; it would make the page more intuitive, and personalized, which would be very handy for people
