BEFORE

Everyone accepted the role of a CA/Assist however, there were several questions in our heads on how we could handle this role. On the other hand, we value the mantra of “asking questions” to our fellow faculty members to make sure we can do everything. There were several issues during the first year of school after the pandemic, as there were adjustments made for both the teachers and students, but we are excited.

DURING

The role of a CA/A goes hand-in-hand, and it is a partnership towards managing the class. Most of us know that this is our first time handling an all-boy class. Moreover, we need to be strict in implementing the routines. For adjustments, there are a lot, but it is a journey.

AFTER

7, It is difficult at first, but we can manage it. One of our realizations is that it is hard to design a classroom and as a CA/Assist we should be strategic in making decision for the class. Lastly, we really need to be consistent in implementing the classroom routine.
