It can affect speech by making it difficult to organize thoughts, this symptom is known as thought disorder. 
      It can also affect movements, those with the disorder may be stuck doing the same movements repeatedly with difficulty stopping. 
      The hallucinations and delusions often associated with the disorder can also impede the doing of tasks such as shopping. This is often because of difficulty telling what is real from what is not.
