1.  It is a more friendly hardware store and has better customer service that stores such as Lowe's.

2. The franchisees have direct input  into the company.

3. A franchisee can receive up to $225,000 to asst them in opening a store. This is after the pay the initial investment.

4. Ace also has a very good reputation. They receive less complaints that larger hardware stores.

5. Ace has been around for about 80 years and they are not showing a lot of decline in the business that they are recieving.
