The process of task distribution recognizes the tasks, understands the tasks, and distributes the tasks among group members. 

Besides, Amyly always ensures that our business runs without disruption. Amyly will ask all of us to do the discussion. Aside from being a leader, Amyly also helped other members to do the Pani Puri business since there were only six people. Based on the actual situation, Amyly and Betrice distributed the orders before delivering them to our customers. Amyly also cooperates with other members to provide the orders to make sure all the orders are received in good condition by the customers. 

Further, as a leader, Amyly controls the paperwork and tells us who will be present for each task. If there are group members who need help, she will help and give a brief explanation. Amyly always acknowledged good conduct, identified ineffective techniques or procedures for selling our Pani Puri business, set examples, and encouraged other members that the company could profit.

Our Customer Service Manager is Betrice or known as Bebet. She is in charge of customer service, where customers can ask, message, or call her about any information about our product. Customers dealing with Betrice to purchase our Pani Puri depend on their choices: Guava or Pudina plus Coriander. Betrice has the key or password to log in to any social media account of our company, such as Instagram, Facebook Page, and WhatsApp Business. In our poster, the number of WhatsApp Business links to Betrice's second number, our company number. If the customer wants to order and clicks the link, it will automatically go to our WhatsApp Business Inbox. The customer can ask Betrice personally to set the date and time same goes for the payment. 

Next, Betrice handled customer service wisely because our customers did not complain. She managed the tasks well when we got many customers, and we sent the orders either self-collect or delivered on time as promised to the customers. Good customer service led to a considerable number of customers. Gladly, when we opened our second batch. A lot of our previous customers repeated their orders and multiplied their orders. The reason is that Betrice replied to their message, took action as soon as possible, and did not miss anything. Betrice also received much positive feedback from our customers. Our company always put the customer as our priority.

The person in charge of logistics is Chloe Ngu Hui Jing or called Chloe. The job scope in our company is transportation and storage of our Pani Puri before delivering it to our customers. Since only Chloe had a car, she handled the delivery matter and took our Pani Puri stock from our supplier, Madam Uva. As transportation, Chloe recognized every way and residential college within Unimas. 

Chloe delivered the order with other members, with Pani Puri stock in the backseat, depending on the boxes we are selling. She also makes sure all the orders are delivered to the buyers. She also helped pass the orders and always got ready to give the order anytime our customers wanted.

The person in charge of our company's finance is Christine anak Christopher. Christine was the one who counted our started money capital before ordering the stock of our Pani Puri. She also took care of Basec company finance so the business would gain more profit than our money capital. Christine even counted our weekly expenses for selling Pani Puri, which we opened on the first batch on Week 8 and the second batch on Week 12. After selling the Pani Puri, she will count how much profit we got.

She was also the one who first updated and filled out our Go-eCommerce, such as the information about how many items we used (the amount and price). Other than that, she put how much delivery and self-collect profit same goes for customers who pay cash and transfer. Then, she counted the sales estimation and financial planning of our company. It is for cash flow management so we can guarantee profit for our company.

The person in charge of our production is Esra Jessaiah Musi or Esra. Her job scope is a survey, and the packaging of Pani Puri is eco-friendly and less plastic. In contrast, our company uses paper bags instead of plastic bags to prevent polluted environments. Luckily, we did not buy much for production because our supplier gave it free of charge. As a production manager, Esra must be careful of our product (Pani Puri). She needs to ensure that Pani Puri is perfect before selling the product to the customers. For example, always check that the Pani Puri is in clean condition. 

Esra also minimizes the production cost of Pani Puri expenses, such as paper bags, stickers, and receipts. The price exceeded RM25, and we only spent RM 22.30 for the first and second batches. The supplier even gave and concluded all the items for production, so we did not spend much on other things. Besides, Esra also does the delivery schedule and self-collects Pani Puri to let all of our members work together. She met with our company and asked about the agreement of our packaging, product, and problems related to our business product. She also checked every box our member packed to ensure all packages had the items promised on the poster, such as Pani Puri, mashed potato, tamarind water, guava or pudina, and coriander sauce and muruku which was the snacks including the spoon.

The person in charge of the merchant is Shcully Williams Pilai or Cully. She was the one who founded the best supplier of Pani Puri in Kuching, Sarawak. The job scope of merchant manager where Shcully forms relationships with our supplier, Madam Uva. Since Pani Puri is not a typical food in Sarawak, it is hard to find a supplier that cares about their customers' health and hygiene. We are pleased to have Madam Uva as our supplier, who is so friendly and kind-hearted.

Shcully negotiated the price of Pani Puri with our supplier. In the first place, Madam Uva sold the Pani Puri RM10 (12 pieces) to gain more profit, and Schully agreed with the supplier and our company. At least, we can sell the Pani Puri at RM12 (14 pieces). We had an excellent negotiation with Madam Uva since she wanted to give two free pieces for every box. They agree about the Pani Puri price and product strategies. Our supplier also decided that we opened and ordered 30 boxes for the first and second batches. It is crucial to have a good relationship with the supplier.

In the past, I only did small businesses such as selling preloved clothes where I did not want to throw away my clothes, so I sold them. Gladly, my small business went well. It is a typical business because I only posted it on social media like Facebook or Instagram based on my business account. I promote it on the feed or story and wait for the customer to buy and deliver to them. When I enrolled in this course, I am sure I will learn best about communication because it relates to entrepreneurship or business.

I will not lie that doing full-mode business is tricky because there are many processes. Besides, three things I found after joining this course and doing business are challenging, time management, and self-identity. First, all business is tricky because we must face the consequences at every stage and step. It depends on us how we are going to handle the matters peacefully. Every solved problem benefits the company; teamwork and trustworthiness are essential. Next, as a student, mainly a university student, time management is a critical element in business. The reason why is that we have to arrange our time wisely to make it happen. We will not avoid or ignore the tasks and must let go of our bad habits like laziness. Sometimes I understood because the time given was short, so we needed to hurry. I advise that even when the time is short, always be prepared and manage it effectively. 

However, I recognized my self-identity in the Pani Puri business project. I am a hard-working person, patient and helpful person. Since there are only 14 weeks, we cannot even describe the busyness of students. I distributed my tasks and did everything based on the schedule. I always try to help my group members and give the best for our company. Patience is the attitude that we need to implement in life. Through patience, everything will be going to be okay. I am a helpful person even though people do not need help. I always contribute to helping other members. Lighten their burdens can make the blissful of team members. 

In a nutshell, I am grateful to learn this subject in my course. Not all universities can offer business subjects to communication students. I knew a lot counted financial planning, promotion, strategies, profit, money capital, and more. There is knowledge I gain can be used in the future. May my lecturer and studies bring success in life.
