The crowded classes, timing and not having enough knowledge are some of them. In my opinion, the biggest problem is that, they haven't self confidence, they aren't eager to speak and they are demotivated. They are afraid of making mistakes. They think that their friends or me would insult, judge or laugh at them.
However, today, I was conscious of decreasing the biggest matter. Using interactive games, giving students time to think and plan, using group activity can help to build their confidence. Not correcting mistakes individually and as much as possible, but correcting mistakes in general and at the end of the lesson can drive them feel relaxed. Having a chance to correct themselves increase awareness of their own learning. I think my colleagues would be interested in correcting codes and snack writing. Because correcting codes is an east way to give feedback. I can use vocabulary notebook. I want them to take notes about the word's family group, its spelling, some of collacation, part of speech if it is suitable. It provides them a conscious learning.

I can work collaboratively on solution to shared problems, trying out activities to encourage my students. I will ask and share ideas with my colleagues. 
PDC sessions teach ne a lot of things and I am aware of my teaching methods. For example, İbwill differentiate my tasks easily. I will use snack writing as well. I will use a lot of applications and websites what I learned from the PDCs.
