Being referred to as rich can sometimes be degrading.
Wealthy is a proper term to describe someone with a large amount of money.
Loaded is slang and can come off as bragging when referring to someone with a large amount of money.
Prosperous is to be successful in general. It doesn't always refer to money. 
Well-off is when you're not struggling financially. Job is usually used in a crude manner, and even tho it means the same thing as occupation, or career. Some people think job is not as fancy as a career or occupation, for example the term jobless is sometimes used, but not occupationless, or careerless. All these words are the same thing, a profession is something in which you are paid to accomplish tasks for whoever pays you, samething  with work and trade, they all mean the samething, but are used in different contexts and imply different things, for example if you are in an interview for a job you might be asked what was your previous occupation, not what was your previous job. Aggressive is a formal word commonly used to describe someone's violent actions. Assertive is also a formal word used to describe people who have a force for personality and are pushy. Pushy is used to describe someone's will to get attention. Hostile is usually used to describe foreign affairs, violence, unstable. Confrontational is to deal with situations in a forceful way.

Yummy is what five year olds use because it's an easy word to pronounce. Means great tasting Tasty is used anytime during a meal and describes the food 
 as a well rounded meal.  Appetizing is used before the meal and is used to describe the food's looks before tasting it. Immoral describes somebody who does not have a good set of morals to live by. Corrupt is when somebody manipulates people for their

Stained is usually used to describe when something is ruined. Unwashed is affiliated with something that has become grubby or greasy as a result of not bathing.
