         <title>Breathing slowly and deeply can relax you instantly. It’s a very effective strategy that a lot of people use. All you have to do is slowly inhale through your nose and fill your belly with air. Hold your breath for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this a few times and it will have an automatic calming effect. Once you feel more relaxed, you will be able to make better decisions about how to deal with whatever situation is causing you stress.</title>
