Jessiah- In the town of Crown Creek, a deadly epidemic forms from the town's main water source. This unknown pathogen was first spread to a family of four after they had traveled to the woods to go camping. During this trip, one of the kids wasn't feeling well and began to vomit in a nearby river; however, this river was connected to the main water supply which was now contaminated by the mysterious pathogen. A few hours later, chaos ensued all across town with people quickly getting sick and littering the town with infectious bodily fluids. Bodies were scattered within 24 hours of the outbreak and the government had no idea how to contain such an event. Within all this chaos was a man and his k9 companion Artemis. The two of them had worked very closely with the government and were given a riot shield and a small supply of clean water before the worst of the outbreak, but they were told that there was little the government could do to contain the disease spread. This information prompted John to try and look for a way to stay alive as long as possible with the help of Artemis. The two of them embark on a mission to find a way to decontaminate the water so they don't run out of fresh water. While testing out different possibilities, John finds out that boiling the water with a considerable amount of salt will can make it drinkable again. Knowing this, he sends Artemis out to find any salt he can find, but to his dismay, Artemis gets stranded for days on end, leaving him severely dehydrated and hungry. After giving in, Artemis drinks an infected puddle of water and dies shortly after, leaving John to inevitably die of dehydration once he runs out of water and salt.

Once the son and the man get home with their water, the dad decides to get a glass of water. Everything is fine, the day is dawn and its time for bed for the son and the man. In the middle of the night, the man is awaken with a horrid nightmare, so he gets up and decides to walk around. But he gets this dizzy feeling, so dizzy that he has to lay back down and close his eyes. That didn’t help so he gets back up and BOOM, all he sees is white. Pure whiteness. He freaks out and his son gets up, and calls for help. But turns out hes isnt the only one, the whole town is infested with this problem caused by Vector… an organism that carries diseases to another organism found in the towns water.

An older, experienced man had been working at a government funded lab for over 30 years, where his fresh out of college son just got hired last week. While viewing the molecular composition of chemicals under a microscope, the son got hit with a wave a thirst and decided to fill a used flask with water from the sink. His father was too caught up in his laboratory duties to notice. He then took a sip and returned to his microscope. Suddenly, he started getting very very dizzy and nauseous. Thinking it was his eyes malfunction from looking at the microscope all day, he sat down and closed them for a minute or so but when he reopened them, all he saw was white. Out of fear he stumbled around while yelling and his father ran over to him and grabbed his arm attempting to stabilize him. Soon after the father’s vision went blurry and he fell to the ground. Once he collected himself, white was the only thing he could see. Unsure of what is happening, they both started screaming for help and were met with more lab partners running to their aid, assisting them up. The outbreak has started.

Houston being an astronaut and once working for the government he called up a friend to ask about how was there an oil leak. He called his friend, and his friend there was no oil leak. Then Houston hung up the phone and realized his ear was bleeding. So he got in the car and went to urgent care, when he got stopped by a military officer. The officer with a mask on said he was not leave the town, and he needs wear a mask as not to give anyone the disease. So Houston showed him is badge so he could get help but he started to sweat and now bleed from his eyes. The officer told him he could go with the military doctor, so they could get him help. They took him to a base, and told him what happened. There was a outbreak that got into the water, and the whole town was infected. Houston started to vomit, when the doctor told him he is probably going to die. And when night came around Houston was no longer able to survive because of dehydration.

Hi, My name is Esther Blaine, And here is my story.

Tuesday afternoon I was sitting at the kitchen table. Eating my peanut butter and jelly. I got thirsty so I got up, Token glass from the cabinet, And poured sink water.

It came out a bit greish, but I didn't mind. Afterwards, I felt strange.... Everything seemed to make me upset. The next day, my Brother hid my Diary. Something in me awoken.

My eyes turned red, I'm jumped grabbed his neck and squeezed as hard as I could. I started cursing at him, When I gained conscience, He was dead. I thought "What would my mother think?!" " What would my whole family think?!"

I began to freak. Voices in my head Telling me to run. Run. Run, RUN!!!

I began to pack up My stuff, Grabbing anything and everything I possibly could into my suitcase, My mother knocked on the door. KNOCK KNOCK I screamed "don't come in!" Something inside me took over, my eyes red, I began to think thoughts of murder. I grabbed my belt off the wall and strangled my mother. "THIS STRENGTH!" "ITS AMAZING"

I began to think thoughts of power. " The endless possibilities " I heard my father drive into our driveway. A smirk drew within me.
