Congress shall make no aw respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.<br>&nbsp; 2. The freedom of speech, religion, press, petition, and peaceably assemble.<br>&nbsp;3. This amendment changed to meet the needs of the people by giving us more freedoms to express our and others opinions. </div>]]></description>

No soldier shall, time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;2. Soldiers cant force you to let them stay with you or take your things.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;3. This amendment keeps peoples property for being invaded,&nbsp;and lets people keep there privacy and there belongings.</div>]]></description>

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;2.&nbsp; protects&nbsp; from unreasonable and unlawful search and seizure of property.<br>&nbsp;3. Keeps the police and other law enforcement from seeing your personal items and possibly stealing.</div>]]></description>

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;2. a person cannot be forced to serve as a witness against himself when accused of a crime.<br>     3. It keeps people from having to testify against them selves or being charged for the same crime twice after they have already been convicted of it. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp;1. in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district where in the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause accusation; to&nbsp; be confronted with the witness against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witness in his favor, and to have the Assistance&nbsp; of Counsel for his defense.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; 2. provides a speedy and public trial by jury for all who are accused of a crime.<br>&nbsp;3. People don't have to wait in jail for their court trial to take place so the person isn't doing wrongful extra time if they are nit guilty.</div>]]></description>

In suits at common<a href="https://nccs.net/online-resources/us-constitution/amendments-to-the-us-constitution/the-bill-of-rights-amendments-1-10/amendment-7-rights-in-civil-cases#"> </a>law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States than according to the rules of the common law.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;2. Allows a trial by jury to be held for certain civil disputes.<br> 3. The person being convicted of the crime has a fair chance being guilty of not guilty&nbsp;based on a vote of the jury which could determine their fate.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp;1. Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;2. The Eighth Amendment prevents those accused of suffering cruel and unusual punishment.<br>&nbsp;3. People don have to pay an unreasonable amount for a small crime and it makes it harder&nbsp;to pay large bail especially if they are experiencing poverty. </div>]]></description>

The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;2. No one’s Constitutional rights should be used to infringe upon the rights of another citizen.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;3.&nbsp; It keeps people safe and from people taking away other rights, racism for one example has narrowed down thanks to the equal rights of all american citizens.</div>]]></description>
