Although, there are other reasons such as; the way Harry teaches and grades,  in my field it's important to understand cultures because it can a giant impact on they're life. Usually it's hard for me to process detailed information while I'm learning it. All in the information is coming to me at once, but from Harry always learn the big picture. In many cultures, some things may be offensive to others or can even be threatening mental or physically.
