I remember we were sitting at one of those long tables, so we all kinda broke off into different conversations, but it was really nice. Also, at some point during one of those conversations we were talking about whether numbers were real or not, and I was arguing that they were by collecting all the spoons at the table and counting them, and then I stuck them in my hair. I have a picture of that, so that's probably part of why I remember it so much

Eighth grade was absolutely horrible for me but after the ceremony I left the reception early with a friend and we went to an event with our choir that was doing a casual, optional, event at a nearby restaurant.
