Action Plan - Explain that all babies have expected milestones but can achieve them at different times. My advice to encourage this milestone 
-Tummy time at least twice a day for 5 to 10 minutes with a few toys around on the floor in front of baby.

- Get down on floor and play, sing, talk with baby while they lie on tummy to encourage baby to lift their head up which will help strenghten the neck muscles.

- Provide 0-2 year old book

-Refer to G.P. if nay other developmental indicators

- Review again 4 weeks
