1. PT should check sts conditional offers in one of the first meetings to ensure that there is no misunderstanding between an offer from a university and an acceptance letter.
2. More smooth liaison/channels of communication are necessary with agents in the event of agents supporting sts' application process on their end. There is very little transparency re: applications, documentation, etc.
3. It seems like sts should be encouraged to make at least one more university choice as a "backup" regardless the situation.
4. One to one PT meetings should alternate with group meetings, making each meeting type by-weekly. Thus sts still get weekly contact with the tutor, but more group work can be done, and general messages can be communicated more efficiently.
5. We need to increase sts' engagement with universities, with more reps speaking about their universities. ( could these meetings be attended by other stakeholders, e.g. parents?)
7. It will be great to eventually populate the progression section on nsendy with a folder for each partner university, entry requirements, a video ( overview) and up-to -date programme info) for sts to access in their free time.
8. - on a more personal level I felt like due to my other teaching commitments, i was missing out on weekly update meetings. PT should definitely attend at least some ( if not all) these meetings with course tutors and course leader.
