People also use cocaine in many different ways like snorting or mixing it with heroin an thats called speedball. The brain releases dopamine in these circuits in response to potential reward like smelling then recycles back into the cells that released it is shutting off the signal between nerve cells. Cocaine prevents dopamine from recycles and that floods the nerves cells and that disrupts normal brain communication and causes cocaine's high.
