         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think part of the process requires students to see the benefit in learning how to discuss in a manner that is appropriate in each setting. I think this requires opening the discussion with students about it, and learning what they think and allowing them to lash out frustrations, and then helping them to understand why it's still important. I think this can generate a great deal of student buy in, instead of rejection by allowing them to be part of the process.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
