         <title>•	While the staples in my diet have not changed drastically, I am now more conscious of the quality of carbs and fats I am consuming. I don’t get too caught up on calorie counting as long as I know I am eating wholesome foods. In addition to reducing my saturated fat and simple carbohydrate intake I have cut out desserts almost entirely, which has significantly reduced my trans-fat consumption over the years. I now rely on the calories from protein to meet my macronutrient requirements where as in my high school year’s, carbohydrates comprised well over 50% of my caloric intake.  </title>

         <title>Changes: While the changes in my diet were rather minimal, there is certainly an added focus on nutritional value and well being in my current diet. This has been driven by both aesthetic goals and a gradual slowdown of my metabolism.</title>
