In Portugal, at the end of each school year, it is frequent to carry out a party for all the educational and non-educational community, as a farewell to another successful year. In this project we are organizing this party, with which we intend to strengthen our community and leave them happy and satisfied as well as add a component of solidarity.
This solidarity idea came up because we are from Gondomar and besides having been enrolled in "Escola Secundária de Gondomar", we have also been registered in other schools that belong to this grouping, therefore we want to do something to help our county. We are, as students, active on social media and we see the citizens praising our schools, but they also bring to light the not so favourable conditions of some schools. In this sense, we believe it is crucial to have a solidarity outcome so that we can raise funds for an improvement of our schools infrastructures for all the children and adolescents that will continue to experience the facilities and enjoy them. Adding to this, we also want to go down a path that as young adults we consider important, of environmental awareness within our community in relation to the excessive use of plastic at our houses and schools, that can clearly have an upgrade.
At our "Festa Final de Ano - Final Solidário" we will have the support of our AEG1 (Parents' Association and Students' Association), the "Câmara Muncipal de Gondomar", the "Juntas de Freguesia do Concelho" and also sponsers by big, small and medium companies not only from Gondomar but also from our country.
We will have the school area divided into four zones: parking, lounge, eating and drinking and entertainment. (We will use our athletics track and the parking lot of our school to put this project in motion.
On the day of the party, all the streets in front of the school (Rua José do Paço and Rua de Monte do Castro) will be closed to prevent any accidents. The enclosure will be divided in four zones. The first zone, at the entrance, will be for all citizens to buy their ticket for access to the party and it will be called "Zona de Bilheteira". The second zone will have a variety of food and drink stands from our sponsers and associations and it will be called "Zona de Food Courts/Stands". The third zone will be a specific location for the Authorities, our Staff and simultaneously the location where everyone may buy consumption stamps and it will be called "Zona de Posto Móvel de Emergência / Balcão de Informações / Banca de Senhas". The fourth and last zone will be called "Zona de Entertenimento" which There will be a big stage for everyone to watch (during the afternoon) dance groups, student activities, drum groups, street artists, jugglers and as a grand finale: two worldly acclaimed artists that have accepted our invitation to participate and support our cause.

Then you will select one of the works present in it and you will be contextualized to the story behind the works and what techniques and materials were used for its realization. After that, in a room apart from the exhibition, the recreation will be carried out with the help of the collaborators and workers of the foundation. Subsequently, the recreated work may be donated to the foundation by the visitor, purchased for a symbolic amount by the foundation by the visitor or only delivered to the visitor at no cost.
