The first day of siep before being diverted by Mrs. Renee's work has explained to me a little about the task I needed to do at Lata Seri Pulai.

Working hours at Lata Seri Pulai from 8am to 6pm.
Lata Seri Pulai has 8 employees include the part- time workers, 6 men and 2woman. They are divided into 4 scope of work ie gardener, maintenance, home maintenance and swimming pool. On weekends or on public holidays there will be some part-time workers assigned as pool guards, this is because during public holidays or weekends the number of visitors will increase over normal days.

Lata Seri Pulai has 2 bungalows and 4 chalets. It can be divided into 2 parts. That's the wing A and B.Wing A's wings are 4 chalets located on the hilly top and the pool. As usual I started my job by ensuring that bungalows and chalets are in clean condition.I usually take 1 to 2 hours to clean 2 bungalows and other chalets. The condition of these 2 bungalows is quite large and each bungalow has many rooms that make it time to clean all is too long .

After completing my task i going to 'Cowboy Super market' for buy some goods to replace the damaged goods. This is to ensure that customers are satisfied with the services provided. There are a few things I bought, bbq pot, cooking stove, set of dishes and water heaters.

I cleaned 2 bungalows and 4 chalets at the top. To facilitate the cleaning of each section I have started the task from the bottom of the 2
bungalows.

Bungalow 1, the wooden bungalow has 2 common rooms and 1 master bedroom. It also has 2 bathrooms. Bungalow 2, the bungalow has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms and has a kitchen to cook.

Since the end of last year the Lata Seri Pulai has begun opening its pool to the public on weekends or public holidays and it has received a very positive reaction from visitors. Whereas on a weekday the pool can be used by customers who have rented challet and bannglo. This is because of maintaining the cleanliness of the pond and carrying out maintenance activities.

So in day 2 of my siep I have traced the way to make sure the stocks of chalet and bungalow stocks are enough. Examples include big towels, small towels, sheets, vests, baths, shampoo and cleaning tools. At Lata Seri Pulai stocks should be checked regularly to ensure no problems occur.

In addition, for stocks such as towels, sheets and casings, the bulbs are washed and cleaned before and after customers out of the chalet. On weekends Lata Seri Pulai will open the pool to the public. The swimming pool will start opening from 9am to 6pm. For adult entry fee Rm 10 and children Rm 5 (from 1 year old - 12 years old).

There are several improvements around the swimming pool to provide comfort to the visitors ie the seats and tables for visitors to sit back and there are several stalls selling food and drinks nearby. Apart from clean up and always ensuring stocks of enough goods I also need to do ads on the social website of Lata Seri Pulai facebook page. Ads must be done frequently and also use interesting verses to attract readers. Today I have to prepare a chalet because later in the evening there will be customers who will stay at the chalet. I started by packing the chalet to make sure the chalet was neat and clean. Additionally, I have to make sure every equipment such as towels, vests, lacquers and toiletries are neatly located.

every chalet has a Jacuzzi  so before the customer goes into the chalet I have to make sure it is in good condition. Additionally, I will explain the direction  how to use a Jacuzzi to customers for avoid any problems. The customer will check in  the chalet at 2 pm and check out at 12 noon on the next day.

After customer checkout i will start the job by clean the inside of  chalets and ensuring  chalets are clean and well organized.
Replace the used towel, replace the dirty sheets and blankets.

Aside from cleaning, storing stocks, marketing and taking pool ticket counters,

I also learned how to clean the pool.
