Constraints
The time can be the biggest problem i think because to design something which is not bad in sketch up designing can take days and the 3d printer is also quite slow.

  • The manufacture price is about 4 RMB because its 3d printed and hallow which makes it super cheap. The selling price can be about 100 RMB because its a good decoration.
  • This product can be bought be people who want interior or exterior decoration, can be bought by people any age and Male or Female gender.
  • The Gnome is made form plastic which is not good for environment because its recycled only few times. 
  • Gnome is about 10 cm hight and 6 cm diameter around him because he is made fat. It can fit anywhere around house because its small. It would be better if it was bigger because when its the size its it is difficult to see it in exterior.
  • This product is perfectly safe for people any age because you can not eat it . It can be dangerous if it comes back alive and kill you in your sleep.
  • Its a decoration mostly for interior because was i said before it was too small to be seen in exterior, it could be improved by making it bigger.
  • Gnome is made from dead dinosaurs and organisms which died thousand years ago, and turned into oil, and people turned oil into plastic and made water bottles and stuff, after the recycle process many times it was turned into 3d printer plastic which is low quality. I think it would be better if it would be from metal because it would more artistic. It was manufactured using 3d design program and a 3D printer.

    • Step 1; make square 100x100 mm 
    • Step 2; divide the square to 4 equal pieces by making the cross in the corners
    • Step 3; keep one triangle out of 4....delete the rest
    • Step 4; find the middle point on 2 and make circle on it
    • Step 5; make 2 smaller circles by the sides of bigger circle.
    • Step 6; delete the spare lines so it looks like jigsaw puzzle
    • Step 7; pull the piece up to 10 mm
    • Estimated time 10-20 min

    2.make the locking system into the base part
    • Step 1; make a circle in the middle of the triangle
    • Step 2; pull down the circle in  3/4 of the triangle base
    • Step 3; make lines in the circle you just pulled down...lines should not start in the middle
    • Step 4; the lines shall make a rectangle
    • Step 5; pull down the chosen rectangle 
    • Step 6; Add some decoration  on the puzzle
    • Estimated time 5-10 min
    3. Make the locking system in the top burger part
    • Step 1; make a circle with radius of 50mm 
    • Step 2; make another circle with radius of 25 mm
    • Step 3; pull up the bigger circle while the smaller circle stays down.
    • Step 4; copy the rectangle that u made before on the base part
    • Step 5;Insert the rectangle 
    • Step 6; pull up the smaller circle
    • Estimated time; 10-600 hours(only if u nailed it completely)
    4. Make the burger
    • Step 1;Make the bottom part of bun using the circle tool  and line tool, pull up tool
    • Step 2;Using the offset tool make another circle on  top and pull it up
    • Step 3; make some meat texture on it
    • Step 4; make a cheese using rectangle tool, and line tool....make a square and the cut of the corners and make the again under lower degree....smooth it using smoothening tool
    • Step 5; make some random shape using circle tool.
    • Step 6; make the top bun with circle tool and follow me tool
    • Step 7; Add seed texture ....find out how

    There could also been improved the grill texture on meat so it would look realistic.  
    I should have added some more details and texture because it apart from asked people, currently doesn't look realistic.
    All the puzzle pieces fit together perfectly so there is clearly nothing to improve except we could have added some decorations to the base such as name of the group topic, etc.
