2. Not all students are skill in using/have Microsoft Office for them to do their assignment thus issue occurs such as coverpage/ASR formatting issue, attaching PDF file in a WORD document and submit their assignment which cannot be opened
 3. Technical and user interface problem such as cannot find assignment bin, cannot locate cover page, discussion/notes are locked, constant notification email sent to student on assignment which confuses students
