         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>There will be a 2% tax on people with an income over $400,000 that will go to colleges to make up for lower college tuitions</li><li>The bigger the business, the bigger the tax they have to pay&nbsp;</li><li>The beginnings of a business and small businesses will get taxed at a lower rate than larger corporations&nbsp;</li><li>All corporations have to pay their taxes and workers, regardless of financial standing, if they are unable to, they will have to close their corporation</li><li>Corporations must guarantee a minimum of 100 jobs to people in the US before they move their production outside of the US. This will be imposed because if not, there will be a negative effect if corporations can't move their production outside the US. This can isolate the US and loose allies because we won't be handing them out jobs. If this wasn't in place, and corporations didn't give jobs to any US citizens, it would also for US citizens looking for jobs.</li></ul>]]></description>
