         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nur Izattul An'lia Binti Brahim (70981)<br>How would I as a HRD manager embrace good HRD value<br><br>As a HRD manager I would enhance HRD friendly culture by having a great motivation and personality (trainer characteristic). I should be able to be train and train people that work below me . To enhance HRD friendly culture I should show that I have a passion when doing my job and learning until i am being expert so that I can be a role model to my staff. For example, if l am a HR manager, I should assign my staff to training that related to their job scope and make sure to support and guide them to apply skill in their present job. During training (training design), I should be well planned and try to give my team member and workers a chance to be a active practice and involve in the decision making process.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Nuqman Nadeem (70833) (Neko)<br><br>As a future HRD Manager of a MNC in Malaysia, I will be playing a crucial role in enhancing the HRD-Friendly Culture of my organization.<br><br>As the company would have a diverse set of employees from different cultures and countries, I will be responsible for making sure that those international employees would adjust well into my organization.  It will surely be an adjustment for them.  I will have to analyze their needs and prepare a training or oreintation for them to allow them be acquainted with Malaysia's culture and work ethic.  When that is done, I have to make sure that the given training have a positive transfer to them and they will be able to perform their jobs effectively.<br><br>Other than that, I will also have to make sure that the local employees are also comfortable with the international employees.  Knowing that there could be language barriers or conflicting interests, it is my duty to harmonize the work environment.  Giving a lecture or class about the international employees' culture to the local employees is one of the options that I would use to tackle this issue.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Aaron Chang Tze Zhing (68853)<br><br>As a HR ,how would you embrace a good HRD value?As a human resource executive, I recommend that I should develop a fair evaluating system where every year every employees will be assessed based on their performance. With it, employees that performed their jobs well will be given trainings to develop their talents as well as their leadership characteristics which I believe in the end of the day will be a valuable asset to the organization. By it, they will be the role model of the other employees which will help in the process to reach the organization’s goal effectively. For example, a teacher is given an assessment in the class by the school’s principle during teaching process will determine how much a teacher can perform and make the school to produce a top quality student intellectually and their character as well. Other than that, I recommend that every HR executives should be more flexible in terms of their employee-oriented skills that an HR should listen to the feedback of the employees. The benefit that we will gain from it is that we are able to improve the organization’s system as well as to keep the employees doing their job commitedly. As a HR , we should be easy on giving compliments &amp; rewards based on their performance on doing thei tasks for the job well done. By doing this, I believe that the employees will engage more in the organization that they will start to work as a team. Giving them training in relevant skills also will help them to embrace a good HRD value. For example, an employee with good communication skills are given training on how to give a seminar which will improve them becoming someone that is reliable on it.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

A strong training component will not only equip leaders to communicate effectively with their teams and other organizational leaders, it will also help them understand the appropriate communication channels and protocols. There is no better way to cause resentment among employees than to ask them for feedback and then fail to act in response to their concerns. Honest, constructive feedback from employees starts with trust and the understanding that employees can voice their concerns without fear of retaliation. I will strive to collect qualitative and quantitative information to evaluate their efforts. Qualitative data may include evidence that employees' attitudes were improved after the handling of an emergency situation or that focus group information supported the strategy for communicating benefits changes to employees while quantitative data may include measures such as turnover rates, productivity rates and employee satisfaction benchmarks.</div>]]></description>

I am not saying that I will be their best of friends but I shall at least be someone they think they can rely on as counselling is one of an important part of T&amp;D. I initially stated that I will be a approachable and respected manager. It is because what I am trying to achieve is respect as goes to the principle I hold on to; 'respect is given and respect is earned'. To me, if I respect others, people will also respect me. Hence, I will create a work environment whereby everyone can talk to each other, joke around and have fun but know where their limits and boundaries are.          <description><![CDATA[<div>If I were a HRD Manager in one MNC in Malaysia that want to enhance a HRD-Friendly Culture in my esteemed company,  I would make sure that in the company has a good relationship between co-workers. So that they won't work in the environment that has an issues between one and other or otherwise it will make them to have a bad communication which tend to poor job performance. The reason why I state that is because when they are trying to communicate related to job that required them to work together, they will hardly to tolerate with each other. They will somehow create an agrumment  regarding of the job. Beside training and development, I think that the best way to improve the employees boundaries is giving them a break to attend what we called it family day. I have seen this happen in most of the company. They will provide them a budget for this activity, normally it is just take about 3 days off at any places that suitable with the company's budget. The company will ask the employees to bring along their familiy member which is their wife/husband and their children. In that 3 days off they will do a lot of family activity and will include from different department also. By that, I think that it will gain their self-confident and good communication between co-workers.</div>]]></description>

My new hire obviously needs to go through a certain level of training in order to be successful at his/her job, but what about assimilating new hires into the culture of my organization?</div><div>To help with that, I like to use what I call the navigator program.</div><div>A navigator is a veteran employee who has volunteered to help show new hires the ropes during their first month. The navigator will help put faces to names around the company and help the new hire to truly understand the company’s core values. They’ll also help set up lunches and other social activities between the new hire and other co-workers. So, the sooner a new hire can feel a real sense of belonging in the new organization, the sooner they’ll want to do great work.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As an HRD Manager in one MNC in Malaysia, I will create an activity that enhances the relationship of the employee for the purpose to enhance Friendly Culture in the company. For example, the activity is a monthly team lunch, monthly team bowling activity, and so on. It can effectively build up the relationship between employees and also socialize with an employee also will be extended. This way will naturally enhance Friendly Culture in Company because every employee is working in peace, corporate with one another, and can decrease the argument of an employee. Not only that, I also will encourage the employee to participate in the communication strategic program. This is because this program can let the employee know how to communicate with each other. This is important because can decrease the conflict of an employee by using mannerly communication. It actually can enhance Friendly Culture in the company.<br><br></div>]]></description>
