         <description><![CDATA[<div>Everyone is afraid of something. There are people who are frightened by somes types of animals, like spiders or snakes, because they are dangerous. On the other hand, other people have deeper fears: to be alone, to talk with people they don't know, of death... Living scared isn't beceficial, so maybe we need to help each other to overcome those fears.<br><br>For example, if I had a friend who, in spite of studying a lot, suffered because he is afraid of failing his exams because he is very insecure, I would encourage him: I would tell him that there's no need to worry about an exam if he has prepared it, and I would be at his side if he needed me. I would attempt to calm him and I would prepare him an tea or something like that to help him relax if it was necessary.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>People who are scared suffer a lot because it isn´t easy normally. These fears can be of some types: Could be a fear of animals, of other people and also of circles.<br><br>If I had a friend who suffered because he were afraid of darkness, I would help him becausethis fear is very difficult to solve. Darkness is in all the places. In this situation I would encourage him to go to a psychologist, because it is the professional who could help him. This person could get much advice to fight against this fear. Some people reccomend turning off the light and forcé the patient to stay without light. Other solution is to know reflexing exercises for example, deep breathing, you have to count will you breathe, and he could relax his muscles<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Everyone has a fear, spiders, death, clowns or horror stories.<br>Frequently, people stay with their fear, but they must overcome that. To fight against the fear is hard, but why not? Nothing is impossible.<br>First you should accept this weakness. After that, you could try to confront, the fear, it's long but don't worry, you're able to win . and finally keep calm, be positive and relax.<br><br>For exemple, if your fear is the exam, you would make mock exams, without consequences.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Fears is normal, maybe it’s something we have felt since we were children or recently. Like the fear of talking at a group (named Glossophobia). It’s not funny, the people just want to hide themselves, go away and disappear anywhere.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>I have this fear, sometimes it’s okay but sometimes even if it’s people I know, I don’t want to talk in front of the class and try to make myself invisible (well it’s impossible but I’m really scared). I’m like “Well, hum, I have to go …. So …. Bye guys !” I do not feel comfortable like in front of strangers, it’s more easy for if it is by the way of an app or a website. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>I know I should overcome my fear, practice with the help of a friends, try to eliminate the fear of rejection (it’s absolutely not easy), talking to strangers, my friend helped and supported me. But sometimes it’s okay if I do not think of it too much, like it’s about a thing I really love .          <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; My friend (Léna) is afraid of spiders, I told her to confront her fear, to look videos or photos of spiders even if it’s difficult because that will allow her to settle into spiders. When it’s less difficult to watch videos and photos of it, she forces her to be next to spiders. She can find the source of her fear, maybe it’s a child’s traumatism. But, she can put things into perspective because the fear is normal among humans, it’s self-defence, a protection. My friend can talk of her fear too with a person who aren’t afraid of spiders. She can inquire about spiders, so, she knows better it and learns it’s not so dangerous as it seems. But, I show a video of spiders to my friend and she cries, it fails !&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
