         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ingredients</strong>&nbsp;</div><div>1/2 cup butter or margarine.</div><div>2 large eggs&nbsp;</div><div>1 cup all purpose flour&nbsp;</div><div>1 cup semisweet chocolate chips&nbsp;</div><div>1/2 cup brown sugar packed&nbsp;</div><div>1/2 cup chopped walnuts&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Preparation</strong></div><div>Step 1. Preheat oven to 175ºC.</div><div>Step 2. Grease 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) pan.</div><div>Step 3. Combine butter or margarine and chocolate chips in saucepan on low heat. Stir often until melted. Do not overheat. Remove to a hot pad.&nbsp;<br>Step 4. Beat eggs in mixing bowl until frothy. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat to mix. Add chocolate mixture to this mixture. Stir.&nbsp;<br>Step 5.
