This chapter is easy because it is the first chapter of the syllabus and it is easier than the others because I believe the learning outcomes are not difficult to understand and it is all about what is organisational behaviour and the challenges and opportunities managers have to apply in the OB concept.
Next, topic 5, which is about personality and value, is a difficul t chapter for me. I think this chapter is difficult to comprehend because there are so many phrases to learn and grasp, as well as how to use the terms in everyday life. Not only that, but one of the subtopics in this chapter, personality framework, took me a while to grasp. Chapter 2- Diversity in organizational behavior

The next is the hardest topic I would say is  as it is about personality. When it comes about the  Dark Triad Personality, it took me sometime to understand those points which under it.

Next is for topic 5. This topic a bit hard for me because it talk about personalities. In this topic so many new phrase that I just know, so it is take time for to remember (but dont worry I will study back this topic before examination)
