  • Today it was "too easy" to feel happy. What a wonderful and unforgettable day. We stayed overnight near Bouillante. We had an amazing view from up high and in the morning we visited a magical place - sanctuary of Lermes and than I had a dive dive - after 20 years. It was amazing. ❤️

Happiness is also being attentive to yourself and to the other person beside you. Today, I experienced several moments of happiness, from waking up and feeling energized for the new day, to swimming in the clear blue waters of the sea, to observing people and their customs, to enjoying a coconut milk drink, and to being surrounded by a fantastic group of colleagues.

Today was filled with moments of great happiness; I saw beautiful lush landscapes, refreshed myself in the shade of a tree, and drank very tasty and refreshing coconut water. These were moments of happiness shared with wonderful people who made this day special. These were moments where there was a perception of a set of pleasurable feelings. I felt happy and fulfilled.

I could tell a very long story from the incredible moments that were included in the battle, but the final outcome is that it was one of the best feelings in my life.

I was able to sleep deeply for the first time here. In the morning I had coffee and apple cake in the bakery on the street...I took a long walk to see another part of St. Anne...I met Sauli by coincidence and we decided to go for a Mojito with nice chat and we realized we have quite something in common.
