Despite the quite intimidating name, we are genuinely just a group of people who can relate to each other because of our complex experiences, doing our best to make a silver lining within our challenging times. When we are all together it is quite chilled and we always have a good time, whilst also being very productive and covering some quite important topics.

No matter how much or how little, your experience will always be valued, and we are super excited to have you in our team!

Nat oversees everything tier four participation within the PC, and she supports us with the work we do, whether that be her organising it or attending with us to make sure we always feel comfortable and that opportunities are accessible. Hence, the agent title, she receives most communications from other colleagues wanting EbE input and networks so that we can make as big a difference as possible.

She is always hyping us up and encouraging the work we do, whether that be promoting our podcast or facilitating our involvement and reassuring us when we need it. She has even won an award for Positive Practice, just a tiny reflection of how great we all think she is (shh do not tell her we are telling you this, she hates it being mentioned haha).

Whether it be by email, text, phone, or in person; you can always rely on Nat to make you feel valued and supported through participation work with the PC, and it’s definitely not your typical relationship with your boss as she will always treat you as equals and on the same level, making any communications as minimally stressful as possible and always ensuring we get what we need. We hope you love working with Nat as much as we do!
