         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Ruth’s routine&nbsp;</strong></div><div>When I go to bed, I usually brush my teeth at 8:00 o’clock after dinner, but sometimes I forget it and then I have to get up in the middle of the night to do so. Occasionally, when I'm too lazy, I set up an alarm just for that. On the other hand, there is one thing I'll never be able to do, and it is washing my face before bed, because that always wakes me up. In the morning, I always wake up and immediately and take a shower, I usually put on shorts and a t-shirt, sometimes I wear a formal dress when I have to go to work.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Hi, mi typical food selected is La Mamona, a traditional in Llanos Orientales.</div><div>So, first for all to prepare 2 servings, we need one kilo of meat by calf, some salt, two heads of garlic, a cup of beer, and a piece of oregano.</div><div>To start with Mamona, in a bowl, mix the beer with salt, garlics and oregano and we put the meat to marinate at least two hours, after we pierce the meat with chuzo (a piece of metal) and after that we closed to fire for one hour.&nbsp;</div><div>Eventually, get out to the fire and serve in plates, for accompany, can add salt potatoes, yucca, and guacamole.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>To prepare the accompanies, we can prepare it meanwhile the meat is on fire.</div><div>Yucca and Salt potatoes’ ingredients: four little potatoes, one yucca in pieces, one liter of water for each accompany, and salt</div><div>In two pot different add the water, the potatoes and yucca, after that, we put the pots on stove in low fire until the accompanies be softies.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
