Leeruitkomst: Student beheerst de kennisonderdelen van de module en past deze kennis toe op het vraagstuk.

Leeruitkomst: Student laat een beginnende onderzoekende houding zien bij een complexer vraagstuk en reflecteert hier bewust op. De student is opmerkzaam (kan feit en mening/ interpretatie  onderscheiden), is nieuwsgierig (durft vragen te stellen en onderzoekt), is bedachtzaam (neemt tijd om na te denken en weegt zaken tegen elkaar af), en toont zich kritisch en geeft een overwogen oordeel. 

Leeruitkomst: Student levert een uitwerking van het uitgevoerde onderzoek over een complexer vraagstuk, waaruit blijkt dat de zelf geselecteerde methode van onderzoek correct is gevolgd. De student past de bevindingen uit het onderzoek correct toe in de uitwerking van het vraagstuk. 

Leeruitkomst: Student baseert het werk op grotendeels kwalitatief goede bronnen, vermeldt deze volgens APA of Vancouver en neemt een overzichtelijke referentielijst op.

Leerdoel: ik verdiep me aan de hand van betrouwbare literatuur en hoorcolleges in voeding bij de ziekte van Crohn en pancreatitis en deel dit met andere professionals in opleiding tijdens een klinische les.

Leerdoel: Ik woon minimaal drie lezingen bij van professionals die werkzaam zijn bij instituties rondom zorg en gezondheid. 

Leerdoel: ik breng aan de hand van een mindmap het netwerk van de opdrachtgever in kaart en benader de mensen in het netwerk die ons kunnen helpen met de uitwerking van het vraagstuk. 

Leerdoel: ik onderzoek hoe ik online een netwerk kan gebruiken, kan onderhouden en uit kan uitbreiden door een profiel aan te maken op LinkedIn.

In dit blok heb ik de module 'voeding en aandoeningen in het maagdarmkanaal' gevolgd binnen Voeding & Zorg. De opdrachtgever binnen de module is Esther Bleeker, diëtiste in het Martiniziekenhuis. Zij heeft ons gevraagd om dagmenu's te ontwikkelen voor patiënten met ziekte van Crohn en patiënten met pancreatitis. 

Tijdens dit blok heb ik gewerkt aan de competenties methodisch handelen advies, kennis verwerven en onderzoek doen en netwerken. Voor de verschillende competenties heb ik een leerplan opgesteld met persoonlijke leerdoelen.
