The biggest problem I see in the community is poverty which leads to deprivation of education.

The skills i possess are empathy, dedication and perseverance.

The values i uphold the most are honesty, truthfulness and being a realist.

One problem that i saw in communities is that parents think sending kids to work gives them immediate result whereas education does not even guarantee better employment as well.

I feel I am skilled to effectively communicate with the parents of my students one on one and make them understand that education is like an investment, making us a better human being. It is a chance to improve our situation. If not sent, there is no possibility of change.

I am a optimistic person. So, that will ensure that I stay strong to reach closer to solution.

Two problems that I come across in my my community

Littering on roads
Abusive envorionment all around

Skills I posses

I am good at guiding and changing people. I belive my guidance to someone is prove to be catalyst in this change. I can make them understand littering makes our area unhygienic and it makes our kids unwell. I cam explain them how a family is a beautiful blessing of God to us. We should always respect it by using golden words for our family and the family of others.

Values I have

My respectful nature to the society and I myself do not do any of the above, so my actions are going to speak louder than my words.
