Parents or members of family must make healthy food everyday. When breakfast, lunch and dinner have to consider the nutrition of the meal.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Overweight or obese can have a serious impact on health. It occur when someone has a bad daily routine and an unhealthy lifestyle. But not only that, it also caused by genetic or side effect of another medicine or psychologucal factors.The process of changing overweight people into people who has an ideal weight is not easy. I think the motivation to do any methods to reduce the weight is come from its person. Because no matter how many diet programs there are, how many diet educatuonal, if there is no consistency and desire from yourself, it won't work. But there are some programs that can be done to help. <br><br>Firstly, this kind of person should measure their habbitual tracker. Its helps to keep our body moving a lot. We can set our goals like how many step we walk every day or how many calories burn if we do any workout or how many calories from food that we consume. There are many application in our smartphone that support us to count these things. That little movement should be do constantly to get maximum result. <br><br>Not only tracking but the priority is doing seriuously. There are so many activites we can do. People nowadays like to do contemporary exercise, the example is yoga, pilates, pound fit, zumba, squash, muay thai, and others. Usually we will find it easy to do something that many people also do.  <br><br>The conclusion is the key of lossing weight are tracking and doing. By taking measurements we will feel that we are making progress and that progress will encourage us to do it constantly until we achieve our goals.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>As we know, Overweight and obesity can develop over time when we consume more calories than we use  This is also described as an energy imbalance like when your energy in (calories) does not equal your energy out (calories your body uses for things such as breathing, digesting food, and being physically active). </p><p>If we consume high amounts of energy, particularly fat and sugars, but don't burn off the energy through exercise and physical activity, much of the surplus energy will be stored by the body as fat. It is the cause of being overweight.</p><blockquote><p><br/></p><p>There are several solutions that can be done to prevent overweight, First we have to socialize what overweight is so that everyone knows about it. We can start by habits. Habits certainly have a big impact. And then, the most important is government's role. The government is a person who has authority over a policy. So i think providing gym facilities in public spaces is the best idea for reduce obesity so that people can do it easily and it is hoped that this can reduce obesity rates in Indonesia.</p></blockquote><blockquote><p><br/></p><p><br/></p></blockquote><p><br/></p>]]></description>

For example, human always hunting for the food just to follow their desire. In this world there are many unhealthy food, if their eat too much food it cost them a disease that called overweighted. However, overweight is a easy problem for human that can handled by themself. </p><p><br/></p><p>Solution that human can take to maintain their body is controlling of consuming food. There are many composition in a meal that contain good nutrition such as protein, vitamin, carbs, and many other. But, the point is human has to maintain for what nutrition their ate. If the nutrition is unbalance, the body will respondiing with a different effect from what human expected. So, for the good impact, need a good controlling for what human need to eat in order to have a healthy body and avoid a overweighted problem.</p>]]></description>
