Definition: a form of magic that is delivered by a superhuman power.
William's first personal encounter with magic: One day a boy named Shabani talked William into trying out the mangolomera that he found himself. William was tired of getting bullied all the time so he decided to try it out. He followed everything Shabani had told him to do. He told William that it will take three days for it to actually work so he waited. The three days was over and William decided to test his new powers. He went up to this other boy that was twice his size. He challenged the boy to fight and as he thought he was winning and was finally feeling strong, he found himself beaten up and on the ground. Then he realized that the magolomera that Shabani gave him was fake. He told him that his magic didn't work and as you can probably guess, Shabani made up an excuse and told William that he shouldn't have bathe for those three days.
What William learned from the encounter: William was left with plenty of injuries after his fight so he immediately regretted his decision of trusting Shabani. He thought to himself that it was probably for the best that he didn't get powers.
