The activity features a personality quiz, which girls complete, to give them 3 personality types. They then get matched with role models and job roles that share the same types. It’s not about pigeon-holing anyone, but about taking skills the girls have and showing them some of the options in STEM that would allow them to be both happy & successful in a career. My Skills My Life can be taken into the classroom, into community groups and even big national events! We have created a full set of guidance documents with tips for filming, consent forms and inspiration for what the videos could contain, you can download them here.

The videos should be no longer than 5 minutes and we aim to have the first set live for September. So get filming, get creative and think outside of the box with these themes! We will share as many videos as we can.
