         <description><![CDATA[<div>With so many students having IEPs and needing SpEd services now in our district, I think more education could be given to help teachers gain more knowledge about these students in their classrooms. Having more SpEd training and more PD for all teachers (not just SpEd) would be beneficial to classroom teachers and administrators to help assist in support and implementation.<br><br></div>]]></description>

But I definitely think it would be beneficial to offer more training during the required PD in the summer just to assist teacher with implementing and understanding.</div>]]></description>

         <title>I think that continued professional development is needed.  Reviewing with teachers who may not need the information every year to make sure that people are up to date on their knowledge.</title>

         <title>Continuum of special education</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel that most campus and districts lack the education of how special education works within the campus.  I feel that teachers don't understand that even though they have SPED students within their class that they still need to monitor and adjust for every student.  Every class has that High and Low.  accommodating all students no matter what their level.  <br>Getting educated on the continuum and different options for student support is tough.  Every student is different so it's hard to know what options for education are best for teachers, because of the amount of diversity.  There are so many things that go into how to education every student what support is best??  Some teachers don't have enough time to make quick decisions about that when the classroom numbers that have a large number of SPED students it makes it even more challeging<br><br></div>]]></description>
