Quality Conversations: District wide structure/ template ?

I would like to see a district - wide template that teachers will use to teach students to have “Quality Interactions” with other students.

This way the basic structure of conversations will be the same in all classes and students will be able to participate in such conversations more successfully.

My concern is that if each teacher creates their own structure for such conversations the entire process will be less successful.

Teachers need scaffolding as well!
